Who's Peg?
Hi, I'm Peg. I noticed women were exhausted from being "on", from keeping it all together while the stuff that actually matters got sidelined. I couldn't find a real place to talk about it, so I built one.
My own journey taught me that inner work changes everything. How you show up at work, in relationships, in your life. That's PocketPeg.
I've spent years building communities at nonprofits, in corporate settings, in grassroots work. What I learned the hard way: nothing changes on the outside until we address what's inside. And it's not a one-time thing; it's ongoing. That's what I'm focused on now and it's shaped everything about how I approach this space and my life.
I'm passionate about women's health and wellbeing. The screenings and prevention part, yes, but especially the mental and emotional health we tend to put last. I love nothing more than watching women stop performing and start actually taking care of themselves. It makes them better leaders, better mothers, better partners. And that ripples everywhere.
